With all of the sincerest respect I can muster, I respect your opinion. However, know that I (as you also) do not have to answer to any man or woman. I have to answer to God. The beliefs on these pages are based on many hours of prayer, and I believe are inspired by the Holy Spirit. For God's teaching of His word, through the Spirit is the only true way one can come to understanding on what He has to say. It is ok to read and research from theological sources, confer with the church, but any conflict encountered with those sources should be resolved by scripture alone. For there is only one truth. If you don't agree with me, that's fine. I impose nothing on anyone. You can simply browse to another web site.

  
         We can debate Biblical issues until we are blue in the face but I believe it comes down to one thing....FAITH. Faith, that you believe that the Bible is the word of God and is the TRUTH, or you don't. If you ask me a question and I give you an answer, you may ask, "Well how do you know that"? My answer will be that it says so in the Bible. Well, if you don't believe that the Bible is the truth, then where does that leave the argument?  Again, it comes down to FAITH. Either you believe, or you do not. In my opinion, this is the single, most important reason for our being. To serve the Lord and glorify His name......to decide.....either I believe, or I do not. Eventually, like it or not, it is a decision we will all have to make.

        Those who know me and don't believe what they are reading comes from me, (and that is understandable) is because they know the life I have lived. To them I say, no, I have not 'gone off the deep end'. I have simply given up that ungodly life, asking for forgiveness of my sins (and they know I have many of them). I accept Jesus, believing that he is my Lord and Savior and have asked him to come into my life. A simple request that I sincerely hope all of my friends I have known over the years make for themselves. I make this anoucement to everyone I know, and I have no problem in doing so. I tell you truly, that since I have done this; my life has changed in ways I can't even describe to you. I have heard this many times from people, and like most of us say "yeah ok", but I would give anything to convince you that it is true.

         Yes, taking a stance like this, telling people that Jesus is my Lord and savior sometimes gets people embarrassed, simply because they don't understand. I was like that once. However, when the Lord does come into your life, those 'held back' feelings go away.............so here I am.

        I am not an ordained minister, pastor, degreed Theologian or any sort of professed biblical scholar. I am trying to be a simple servant of the Lord, just as hopefully any of you that truly want this also, will become. I do not look for donations of any kind. The cost of maintaining this web site is paid directly by me. I am not affiliated with any business organization or particular church other than Christ's church. I believe a 'church' can be any group of people that are in Christ and do the will of God, however, I also believe that everyone's relationship with the Lord  as to how or what they pray for is part of a personal journey and it should be guided by His word, not mans.  Hence the title of this website; GOD IS A REALITY......he is NOT a religion. I do not believe however that one should keep the fact that they are a Christian personal and quiet. They should 'go on to the roof tops', for a lack of better words and declare their relashionship whith the Lord.

        So, to my critics I say, the old me is gone. I hope you like the new me and may God Bless you all.
