Pictured above is the place that is believed to be the Biblical Armageddon. The ancient city of Megiddo is located 30Km south east of Haifa, Israel.

What is Armageddon?

        It is the place of final conflict between good and evil. Where Jesus will battle Satan and His army of evil and defeat him once and for all. This is described in Holy scripture in the Book of Revelation;

                            "And they assembled them at the place that in Hebrew is called Armageddon."  Rev. 16:16
The name Armageddon may be from the Hebrew name 'Mountain of Megiddo. Located 30Km south East of Haifa. Because this area was a boundary between Kingdoms of the time of South Egypt and Kingdoms of Mesopotamia and Assyria, Babylon and Acadia where fierce battles were fought, it is believed it will be here that this final battle shall occur.
